1. Products & Orders

  • We sell barware and wine storage products: wine cabinets, cocktail shakers, and ice buckets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Wine Cabinets (Electrical Safety):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Allow unit to stand upright for 24 hours before plugging in.

  • Place on level, stable surface with adequate ventilation.

  • Do not exceed shelf weight capacity.

  • Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

  • Unplug before cleaning or moving.

  • The refrigerant circuit has been tested for leaks. Appliance complies with UL 250 safety regulations.

Cocktail Shakers & Ice Buckets (Food Contact Safety):

  • Food-grade materials only – all products are made with FDA-approved, lead-free materials.

  • Hand wash delicate items (copper, acrylic, glass).

  • Inspect for chips or cracks before use; discard if damaged.

  • Keep sharp edges away from children.

  • Not for use by children without supervision.

3. Safety Standards Compliance
Our products comply with:

  • Wine Cabinets: UL 250 (household refrigerators and freezers)

  • Barware (Shakers/Buckets): FDA 21 CFR 175.300 (food contact materials)

  • All Products: CPSIA lead/phthalate compliance where applicable

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper installation, electrical issues, breakage).

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
